MIIndS is an FIU Honors College club, our goal is to push students to be more than just their major by introducing them to ideas and content from various disciplines outside of their chosen area of focus.
Our Mission
At MIIndS, our goal is to push students to be more than just their major by introducing them to ideas and content from various disciplines outside of their chosen area of focus.
We provide FIU students with the opportunity to come together in a comfortable atmosphere, experience true diversity of perspectives, and the outlet to be able to explore new and unknown subjects in an interactive way.
We host speakers, collaborations with other clubs, and other engaging meetings/events in order to enlighten students about topics that they may not have been exposed to in prior experiences, or to help teach them new skills that may help in their everyday lives.
